At GK Homeware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, our return policy is simple and straightforward.

1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resale condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalised, or perishable products cannot be returned unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Email our support team at returns@gkhomeware.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once the product has shipped, the standard return process will apply.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, first check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at refunds@gkhomeware.co.uk.
